This picture up here is a official drawing from Oda. When Shonen Jump start a contest to make a unique statements that the Mangaka loves. The One Piece statements is "We are, the Age of Pirates".
And a newest info: its seems Shuiesha planning to sell this arts as a individual poster in JUMP FEST 2012 this December!
